The Economic Development Corporation 4A of the Town of Trophy Club, Texas, met in a Regular
Session on Tuesday, April 17th at 6:30 p.m. The meeting was held within the boundaries of the Town
and was open to the public.

1 Discuss and take appropriate action on the nomination and appointment of Board
officer positions for the remainder of the 2011/2012 fiscal year
Vice-President Twomey called the meeting to order at 6:36 with a quorum of EDC present.
Director Fair nominated Richard Bell for President. Director Twomey seconded. Motion carried.
Director Twomey nominated Gregory Wilson for Secretary/Treasurer. Director Fair seconded.
Motion carried.
2 Town Manager to discuss future operations and financial strategies concerning
EDC4A/B
Town Manager Slye gave a presentation on the future debt strategy for both EDC4a and 4B.
Town Manager Slye explained the recommendation made by the Citizen’s Financial Advisory
Board (CFAB).
Town Manager Slye explained how a Crime Control District could be created by the
restructuring of the current EDC structure.
Councilwoman Cantrell discussed the new growth in the Town.
Director Twomey asks that JD Harvey be recognized at a future meeting and that something
be sent to his family as he should be recognized for his contribution to the Board and the
community.
Adjourn
Director Twomey made a motion to adjourn. Seconded by Director Fair. The meeting
adjourned at 7:45 p.m.
