The Economic Development
Corporation 4A of the Town of Trophy Club, Texas, met in a Regular
Session on March 24, 2003.
The meeting was held within the boundaries of the Town and was open
to the public.

WORKSHOP SESSION
CLL 1"01 ORDER AND ANNOUNCE A QUORUM:
Director Twomey called the meeting to order at 6:01 pm, announced a quorum, and proceeded to
the regular session.
REGULAR SESSION
CALL TO ORDER AND ANNOUNCE A QUORUM:
UPDATE ON EDC FUNDING OF CONSTRUCTION OF 10 -ACRE PARK.
Roger Unger gave an update on the construction of the 10 -Acre Park.
DISCUSSION AND APPROPRIATE ACTION ON EDC FUNDING FOR THE SWIMMING POOL.
Roger Unger gave an update on the pool. No action was taken at this time.
DISCUSSION AND APPROPRIATE ACTON FOR PAYMENT OF NEIL TWOMEY'S TRAVEL
EXPENSES.
Director Cantrell made a motion to pay Neil Twomey's travel expenses to Austin. Director Morrow
seconded the motion and it passed unanimously.
DISCUSSION AND APPROPRIATE ACTION FOR THE REIMBURSEMENT TO THE TOWN OF
TROPHY CLUB CONSTRUCTION ACCOUNT FOR BLEACHERS.
Director Morrow made a motion to pay the invoice for $6,314.20 for the bleachers. Director Cantrell
seconded the motion and it passed unanimously.
REVIEW AND APPROVE MINUTES:
Director Cantrell made a motion to adopt the minutes for February 18, 2003 as submitted. Director
Morrow seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously.
REVIEW AND APPROVE FINANCIAL STATEMENTS:
Director Cantrell made a motion to adopt the financial statements as submitted for February 2003.
Director Morrow seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously.
