The Economic Development Corporation 4A of the Town of Trophy Club,Texas,met in a Regular
Session on April 26,2004.The meeting was held within the boundaries of the Town and was open
to the public.

CALL TO ORDER AND ANNOUNCE A QUORUM:
President Harvey called the meeting to order at 6:04 pm,announced a quorum,and proceeded to
the regular session.
REGULAR SESSION
CALL TO ORDER AND ANNOUNCE A QUORUM:
DISCUSSION AND APPROPRIATE ACTION TO APPROVE THE FY 2004-2005 BUDGET.
Bud Flutey with the Soccer Association approached the Board and talked about requesting funding
for the lighting of soccer fields and recrowning of Harmony Park.He will get with Adam Adams and
put in an application to the EDCA.The approval of the budget will be tabled until next month.
REVIEW AND APPROVE MINUTES:
Director Morrow made a motion to approve the March 2200and March 24thmeeting minutes.Director
Twomey seconded the motion and it passed unanimously.
REVIEW AND APPROVE FINANCIAL STATEMENTS:
Director Morrow made a motion to approve the March 2004 financial statements.Director Twomey
seconded the motion and it passed unanimously.
OTHER BUSINESS:
Roger Unger updated the Directors about the status of the alcohol sales in Trophy Club.
The Directorswere informedthat the BudgetWorkshopis scheduledfor Saturday,May22nd.
