The Economic Development Corporation 4A of the Town of Trophy Club,Texas,met in a Regular
Session on August 23,2004.The meeting was held within the boundaries of the Town and was
open to the public.

WORKSHOP SESSION
CALL TO ORDER AND ANNOUNCE A QUORUM:
President Harvey called the meeting to order at 6:18 pm,announced a quorum,and proceeded to
the regular session.
REGULAR SESSION
CALL TO ORDER AND ANNOUNCE A QUORUM:
DISCUSSION AND APPROPRIATE ACTION TO AMEND THE FY 2004-2005 BUDGET.
The Sales Tax was increased and Large Project Reserves was increased.The total budget for
FY04-05 is $214,400 for revenues and $214,400 for expenses.Director Cantrell made a motion to
approve the amendment of the FY2004-2005 budget.Director Fair seconded the motion and it
passed unanimously.
REVIEW AND APPROVE MINUTES:
Director Cantrell made a motion to approve the May 24 and August 2,2004 meeting minutes.
Director Fair seconded the motion and it passed unanimously.
REVIEW AND APPROVE FINANCIAL STATEMENTS:
Director Twomey made a motion to approve the May,June,and July 2004 financial statements.
Director Fair seconded the motion and it passed unanimously.
OTHER BUSINESS:
Fees at the Pool for capitalized items and a possible third pool was discussed.
Jan Woodruff mentioned that there is now a new Economic Development Handbook.She sent an
