The Economic Development Corporation 4A of the Town of Trophy Club, Texas, met in a Regular
Session on February 23, 2004. The meeting was held within the boundaries of the Town and was
open to the public.

CALL TO ORDER AND ANNOUNCE A QUORUM:
President Harvey called the meeting to order at 6:08 pm, announced a quorum, and proceeded to
the regular session.

REVIEW AND APPROVE MINUTES:
Director Cantrell made a motion to approve the January 26, 2004 minutes as written. Director
Twomey seconded the motion and it passed unanimously.
REVIEW AND APPROVE FINANCIAL STATEMENTS:
Director Morrow made a motion to approve the January 2004 financial statements. Director Cantrell
seconded the motion and it passed unanimously.
OTHER BUSINESS:
Playground equipment has not been fully accepted.
