The Economic Development Corporation 4A of the Town of Trophy Club,Texas,met in a Regular
Session on March 22,2004.The meeting was held within the boundaries of the Town and was open
to the public.

CALL TO ORDER AND ANNOUNCE A QUORUM:
President Harvey called the meeting to order at 6:04 pm,announced a quorum,and proceeded to
the regular session.
REGULAR SESSION

REVIEW AND APPROVE MINUTES:
Director Cantrell made a motion to approve the February 23,2004 minutes as written.Director Fair
seconded the motion and it passed unanimously.
REVIEW AND APPROVE FINANCIAL STATEMENTS:
Director Cantrell made a motion to approve the February 2004 financial statements.Director
Twomey seconded the motion and it passed unanimously.
OTHER BUSINESS:
Jan Woodruff reminded the directors to attend the March 24thEDC workshop that Jeff Moore will be
conducting.It begins at 6:00 p.m.
Jan Woodruff mentioned that EDC needs to work on their budget at the next meeting.
