The Economic Development Corporation 4A of the Town of Trophy Club,Texas,met in a Regular
Session on May 24,2004.The meeting was held within the boundaries of the Town and was open
to the public.

CAll TO ORDER AND ANNOUNCE A QUORUM:
Director Twomey called the meeting to order at 6:12 pm,announced a quorum,and proceeded to
the regular session.
REGULAR SESSION
CAll TO ORDER AND ANNOUNCE A QUORUM:
DISCUSSION AND APPROPRIATE ACTION TO APPROVE THE LIGHTING OF THE SOCCER
FIELDS.
Adam Adams stated that the Trophy Club/Roanoke Soccer Association wants approximately
$110,000 for lighting with 4-5 electrical poles of practice fields at Lakeview.This would be a joint use
agreement with Northwest ISD.Director Cantrell suggested that Northwest ISD do a resolution to
recognize that the lights belong to the Town of Trophy Club.Director Fair asked about any
anticipated objections from the homeowners near the lights.Director Morrow asked about the costs
for maintenance of the lights.Adam Adams will come back and bring a better estimate of costs
including maintenance and operational costs.There would be some irrigation of the fields when the
soccer fields are redrawn.Director Morrow made a motion to table the approval.Director Fair
seconded the motion and it passed unanimously.
DISCUSSION AND APPROPRIATE ACTION TO APPROVE THE FY 2004-2005 BUDGET.
The unusually high sales tax received this month and about the activity of the 16-acre commercial
park was discussed.Director Cantrell made a motion to adopt the FY 2004-2005 budget.Director
Morrow seconded the motion and it passed unanimously.
REVIEW AND APPROVE MINUTES:
Director Cantrell made a motion to approve the April 26th meeting minutes.Director Fair seconded
the motion and it passed unanimously.

REVIEW AND APPROVE FINANCIAL STATEMENTS:
Director Morrow made a motion to approve the April 2004 financial statements.Director Cantrell
seconded the motion and it passed unanimously.
