The Economic Development Corporation 4A of the Town of Trophy Club, Texas, met in a Regular
Session on October 25, 2004. The meeting was held within the boundaries of the Town and was
open to the public.

CALL TO ORDER AND ANNOUNCE A QUORUM:
Director Twomey called the meeting to order at 6:12 pm, announced a quorum, and proceeded to

DISCUSSION AND APPROPRIATE ACTION FOR APPROVAL OF DUGOUT COVERS FOR THE
BASEBALL FIELDS:
Wade Mullis made a request with an Application for Funds for dugout covers for the baseball fields.
Director Morrow's memo about his objections to this expense was read. Director Fair made a motion
to approve the application for the dugout covers for up to $6270 with the lowest of three or more
bids. Director Cantrell seconded and it passed unanimously.
REVIEW AND APPROVE MINUTES:
The meeting minutes for September 27, 2004, were tabled until the next meeting.
REVIEW AND APPROVE FINANCIAL STATEMENTS:
Director Cantrell made a motion to approve the August and September 2004, financials. Director Fair
seconded the motion and it passed unanimously.
