The Economic Development Corporation 4A of the Town of Trophy Club,Texas,met in a Regular
Session on September 27,2004.The meeting was held within the boundaries of the Town and was
open to the public.

CALL TO ORDER AND ANNOUNCE A QUORUM:
President Harvey called the meeting to order at 6:20 pm,announced a quorum,and proceeded to
the regular session.

REVIEW AND APPROVE MINUTES:
Director Harvey made a motion to approve the August 23,2004 meeting minutes.Director Morrow
seconded the motion and it passed unanimously.
REVIEW AND APPROVE FINANCIAL STATEMENTS:
August financials were tabled until next month.
OTHER BUSINESS:
Roger Unger handed out new Economic Development Handbooks.There is also a website link.
He also talked about the Mississippi University rendering of the possible third pool.
