The Economic Development Corporation 4A of the Town of Trophy Club, Texas, met in a Regular
Session on August 22,2005. The meeting was held within the boundaries of the Town and was
open to the public.

WORKSHOP SESSION
Call to order and announce a quorum:
Director Twomey called the meeting to order at 6:10 pm, announced a quorum, and proceeded to
the regular session.
REGULAR SESSION
Call to order and announce a quorum:
Review and approve minutes:
Director Cantrell made a motion to accept the minutes after adding Town of Trophy Club as
requesting funds, seconded by Director Morrow. Motion passed by Directors Graham, Cantrell, and
Morrow. Director Twomey abstained.
Review and approve financial statements:
Director Morrow made a motion to accept the July financials, seconded by Director Twomey. Motion
passed unanimously.
OTHER:
There was discussion regarding the annual audit and the setup of a Texpool Account.
ADJOURN:
Director Cantrell made a motion to adjourn the meeting. Director Morrow seconded the motion and it
passed unanimously. The meeting was adjourned at 6
