Session on October 24, 2005. The meeting was held within the boundaries of the Town and was
open to the public.

CALL TO ORDER AND ANNOUNCE A QUORLIM:
Director Twomey called the meeting to order at 6:04 pm, announced a quorum, and proceeded to
the regular session.

REVIEW AND APPROVE MINUTES:
Director Morrow made a motion to approve the meeting minutes for September 26, 2005. Director
Graham seconded. The motion passed unanimously.
REVIEW AND APPROVE FINANCIAL STATEMENTS:
Director Cantrell made a motion to approve the September 2005 financials. Director Morrow
seconded. The motion passed unanimously.
OTHER:
Discussion regarding the Lakes Group requesting a path for walking.
