Call to order and announce a quorum.
Interview and take appropriate action to submit a recommendation to the Town Council of
candidates for four (4) expired seats and one (1) resignation on the EDC4B.
3. Discuss and take appropriate action to approve incentive agreement for Midwest
Commercial Realty.
