Notice is hereby given of the Economic Development Corporation 4B Meeting at 6:30 p.m., on
Monday, December 11, 2006, at the Trophy Club Svore Municipal Building, 100 Municipal Drive,
Trophy Club, Texas.
WORKSHOP SESSION
1. Call to order and announce a quorum.
2. Introduction of guests
3. Discussion between the EDC-4B and invited guests regarding ways to promote and
attract quality development to Trophy Club including the potential use of the Buxton
Group to help identify retail opportunities for the area.
3. Adjourn workshop session.
REGULAR SESSION
1. Call to order and announce a quorum.
2. Discuss and take appropriate action on the proposal presented by the Buxton
Company.
3. Open Public Hearing
a. Pubic Hearing: The Economic Development Corporation 4B of the Town of
Trophy Club, Texas to hold public hearing at the Public Service Conference
Room, 100 Municipal Drive, Trophy Club, Texas, 76262 for the purpose of
considering an expenditure of $30,000 for capital improvements at Marshall
Creek Park from the fiscal year 2006-2007 budget. A second public hearing will
be held on this issue at the same location on the 11th day of December 2006, at
6:30 p.m. There is a sixty-day period that begins September 29, 2006, the date of
the first public notice of the proposed project(s), during which the public may
submit a petition with any objections to the project(s).
4. Close Public Hearing.
5. Discuss and take appropriate action regarding an expenditure of $30,000 for capital
improvements at Marshall Creek Park from the fiscal year 2006-2007 budget.
6. Discuss and take appropriate action regarding recommendations to Town Council on
a tax abatement schedule.

7. Discussion of SIC Code breakdown from the Sales Tax Confidential Information
