Notice is hereby given of the Economic Development Corporation 4B Meeting at 6:30 p.m., on
Monday, November 13, 2006, at the Trophy Club Svore Municipal Building, 100 Municipal Drive,
Trophy Club, Texas.
WORKSHOP SESSION
1. Call to order and announce a quorum.
2. Presentation and discussion of Buxton Company presentation on Economic
Development.
3. Adjourn workshop session.
REGULAR SESSION
1. Call to order and announce a quorum.
2. Discuss and take appropriate action on the presentation and proposal presented by
the Buxton Company.
3. Open Public Hearing
a. Pubic Hearing: The Economic Development Corporation 4B of the Town of
Trophy Club, Texas to hold public hearing at the Public Service Conference
Room, 100 Municipal Drive, Trophy Club, Texas, 76262 for the purpose of
considering an expenditure of $30,000 for capital improvements at Marshall
Creek Park from the fiscal year 2006-2007 budget. A second public hearing will
be held on this issue at the same location on the 11th day of December 2006, at
6:30 p.m. There is a sixty-day period that begins September 29, 2006, the date of
the first public notice of the proposed project(s), during which the public may
submit a petition with any objections to the project(s).
4. Close Public Hearing until December 11, 2006.
5. Discuss and make recommendations on the development of a tax abatement
schedule with defined criteria.
6. Presentation and discussion of Sales Tax Confidential Information Report. (Sakura
Moten-Dedrick, Finance Director) hardcopy will be handed out and collected at
meeting

7. Discuss and take appropriate action regarding removing Roger Unger and adding
Sakura Moten-Dedrick to new signature cards at First Financial bank and Texpool.

10. Project(s) updates/status and action items; funding requests.
11. Approval of October 9, 2006 meeting minutes.

Notice is hereby given that a quorum of the Town Council may be in attendance at this
scheduled meeting.
