a. Announce Pubic Hearing: On the 13'~ day of November, 2006 there will be a public
hearing of the Economic Development Corporation 4B of the Town of Trophy Club,
Texas, at the Public Service Conference Room, 100 Municipal Drive, Trophy Club,
Texas, 76262, and on the 1 1Ih day of December 2006, at 6:30 p.m. there will be a public
hearing of the Economic Development Corporation 4B of the Town of Trophy Club,
Texas, at the Municipal Utility District Building, 100 Municipal Drive, Trophy Club, Texas,
76262, for the purpose of considering an expenditure of $30,000 for capital
improvements at Marshall Creek Park from the fiscal year 2006-2007 budget. There is a
sixty-day period that begins September 29, 2006, the date of the first public notice of the
proposed project(s), during which the public may submit a petition with any objections to
the project(s).Approval of financial statements.
3. Approval of September 25, 2006 meeting minutes.
4. Discuss and take action for strategic planning.
5. Other business.
6. Adjourn regular session.
