Notice is hereby given of the Economic Development Corporation 4B Meeting at
6:30 p.m., on Monday, February 12, 2007, in the Town of Trophy Club’s Svore
Municipal Building Boardroom, 100 Municipal Drive, Trophy Club, Texas.
WORKSHOP SESSION

REGULAR SESSION
1. Call to order and announce a quorum.
2. Open Public Hearing:
Public Hearing: The Economic Development Corporation 4B of the Town of Trophy
Club, Texas to hold public hearing in the Svore Municipal Building Boardroom, 100
Municipal Drive, Trophy Club, Texas, 76262 for the purpose of considering an
expenditure of EDC 4B funds to contract with the Buxton Group for psychographic
profiling for the Town of Trophy Club for $30,000 to come from the fiscal year 2006-
2007 budget and the remaining $30,000 to from the fiscal year 2007-2008 budget. A
second public hearing will be held on this issue at the same location on the 12th day
of March 2007. There is a sixty-day period that begins January 12, 2007, the date of
the first public notice of the proposed project(s), during which the public may submit
a petition with any objections to the project(s).
3. Close Public Hearing until March 12, 2007.
4. Discuss and take appropriate action regarding an implementation plan for the
Buxton Group.

5. Discuss and take appropriate action regarding EDC-4B’s appearance at the March
8th Master District meeting to petition the district’s participation with the Town in tax
abatements to encourage new business development.
6. Discuss and take appropriate regarding possible amendments to the 2006/07 fiscal
year economic development budget to provide financial support for our economic
development initiatives and the scheduling of the required public hearings.
