The Economic Development Corporation of the Town of Trophy Club, Texas met in a
Regular session May 10, 1999. The meeting was held within the boundaries of the
Town and was open to the public.

CALL TO ORDER AND ANNOUNCE A QUORUM:
President Christlieb called the meeting to order and announced a quorum at 6:04 p.m.
REVIEW AND APPROVE MINUTES:
Director Zigler made a motion to accept the minutes of the April 12, 1999 meeting. Director
Carter seconded; motion passed unanimously.
REVIEW AND APPROVE DISBURSEMENTS:
Director Engelbeck made a motion to approve the disbursements. Director Hicks seconded;
motion passed unanimously.
DISCUSSION OF POSSIBLE EDC INVOLVEMENT IN PROMOTION OF
COMMERCIAL DEVELOPMENT THROUGH BUSINESS INCENTIVES OR
CONSTRUCTION OF RETAIL SPACE:
After discussion, it was decided that each director would compose a sample letter to be modified
into one for promotion of new development.
OTHER BUSINESS:
No action taken.
