Workshop/Regular Session on February 25, 2002. The meeting was held within the boundaries of the
Town and was open to the public.

CALL TO ORDER AND ANNOUNCE A QUORUM:
President Hicks stated a quorum was present at 6:03 p.m. and proceeded to the regular session.

REGULAR SESSION/PUBLIC HEARING
CALL TO ORDER AND ANNOUNCE A QUORUM:
President Hicks called the meeting to order and announced a quorum at 6:04 p.m.
DISCUSSION AND APPROPRIATE ACTION FOR THE POSSIBILITY OF ISSUING BONDS
FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE POOL AND PL-IASE 2 AND PHASE 3 OF THE PARK:
Pete Tart made a presentation of what projects the EDC 4A and EDC 4 B could legally issue bonds. No
action was taken. Further discussion will take place at the special joint EDCs session on March 6, 2002.
ADJOURN:
Director Edstrom made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 6:39 p. m. Director Witherspoon seconded.
Motion passed unanimously.
