Workshop/Regular Session on March 6, 2002. The meeting was held within the boundaries of the Town
and was open to the public.

CALL TO ORDER AND ANNOUNCE A QUORUM:
President Hicks stated a quorum was present at 6:33 p.m.
Left at 8:07 p.m.
DISCUSSION OF REGULAR AGENDA ITEMS:
Discussion regarding the possibility of issuing bonds for the construction of the pool and phase 2 and phase
3 of the 10 -acre park. Roger Unger presented the different options and estimated costs and payments. Dan
Almon spoke to the group about the advantages and disadvantages of the option plans.
ADJOURN WORKSHOP SESSION:
Since the directors did not go into regular session, they did not adjourn the workshop.
