Workshop Session on March 4, 2004. The meeting was held within the boundaries of the Town
and was open to the public.

CALL TO ORDER AND ANNOUNCE A QUORUM.
President Hicks called the meeting to order at 3:55 p.m., and announced that there was a
quorum.
John Hunt and Duane Dankesreiter with North Central Texas Council of Government presented
the software program iCommunities for GIS.
ADJOURN:
The workshop ended at 5:10 p.m.
