The Economic Development Corporation 46 and the Town Council of the Town of Trophy Club, Texas,
met in a Regular Session on Monday, April 9, 2012. The meeting was held within the boundaries of the
Town and was open to the

Call to order and announce a quorum.
President Hicks, noting a quorum, called the regular session to order at 6:32 p -m.
Mayor White, noting a quorum, called the regular session to order at 6:32 p.m.
CITIZEN PRESENTATION
Citizens are allowed three (3) minutes to address the Board regarding an item over which the
Board has policy or oversight authority as provided by Texas law, the ethics order, or other
policy order.

JOINT SESSION
1. Discuss and take appropriate action regarding a new Trophy Club logo.
Town Council and EDC 4B referred the logo project to the Vision Trophy Club Committee. No
action was taken. Presentation included in the minutes.
2. Discussion regarding debt restructure and sales tax reallocation of EDC 4A and EDC
4B.
Town Manager Mike Slye provided an overview of the financing plan recommended by CFAB.
3. Update regarding the Alliance Development Forum (ADF).
Town Manager Slye provided an update regarding the Alliance Development Forum.
Adjourn
Director Mundy made a motion to adjourn and Director Shuman seconded. President Hicks
adjourned EDC 4B at 8;54 p.m.
Councilman Hoover made a motion to adjourn and Councilman Rose seconded.
Mayor White adjourned the Town. Council at 8:51 p.m.
