The Economic Development Corporation 413 of the Town of Trophy Club, Texas, met in Regular
Session on November 3, 2014. The meeting was held within the boundaries of the Town and
was open to the public.

Interim President Gregory Wilson called the meeting to order and announced a quorum
at 7:00 p.m.
CITIZEN PRESENTATIONS
REGULAR SESSION
1. Election of Officers:
- President
- Vice President
- Treasurer/Secretary
Motion by Director Eric Jensen to name Gregory Wilson as President, Dave Brod as Vice
President and Gerald Rapp as Treasurer/Secretary. Motion seconded by Director Gerald Rapp.
Motion passed unanimously.
2. Discuss and take appropriate action regarding the Economic Development &
Marketing Coordinator position.
Assistant Town Manager Stephen Seidel provided an update regarding the position. The Board
discussed the position and various pros/cons to funding or not funding the position.
Motion by Treasurer/Secretary Gerald Rapp to not fund the position at this time. Motion
seconded by Director Eric Jensen. Motion passed 4-1 with Vice President Rebecca Shuman
opposed.
3. Discuss and take appropriate action regarding the October 6, 2014 Minutes.
Director Sean Weaver asked about the Council Liaison and felt it was helpful for the liaison to
attend in order to ensure the Board worked toward a common goal and receive Council
feedback through discussion.
Motion by Director Sean Weaver to approve the Minutes as presented. Motion seconded by
Vice President Rebecca Shuman. Motion passed unanimously.
4. Discuss and take appropriate action regarding the September 2014 Financials.
Assistant Town Manager Stephen Seidel provided an overview of the Financials and answered
questions from the Board.
Motion by Presidents Gregory Wilson to approve the Financials as presented. Motion seconded
by Vice President Rebecca Shuman. Motion passed unanimously.
5. Assistant Town Manager Update:
- Trophy Wood
- The Plaza
- The Village
- Village Centre
- Trophy Club Town Center
- ICSC
Assistant Town Manager Stephen Seidel provided updates and answered questions related to
the topics above.
Adjourn
President Gregory Wilson motioned to adjourn at 7:43 p.m. Motion seconded by
Treasurer/Secretary Gerald Rapp. Motion passed unanimously.
