CALL TO ORDER AND ANNOUNCE A QUORUM
1.2014-1420-T Consider and take appropriate action regarding the recommendation of a person to fill a
vacancy on the Ethics Commission for one (1) expiring seat designated as an alternate
member of the Commission. (Alternate will be selected from the applicants that were
interviewed during the Ethics Commission meeting on Wednesday August 27, 2014.)

Notice is hereby given that a quorum of the Town Council may be in attendance at
this meeting.
