3. Introduction and recognition of Planning and Zoning Commission
members, (introduction given by Chairman Mike Hamper.)
4. Introduction and recognition of Zoning Board of Adjustment,
(introduction given by Pearl Ford, president.)
5. Presentation on procedures and practices of the Zoning Board of
Adjustments as provided in Section 55 of the Comprehensive Zoning
Ordinance 98-29 P&Z, (Dan Boutwell, Planning Consultant, Municipal
Planning Resources Group.)
6. Adjournment.
