PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION TO CONDUCT A PUBLIC HEARING RELATIVE TO THE FOLLOWING: A. AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF TROPHY CLUB, TEXAS AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 99-17 OF THE TOWN, THE SAME BEING PD PLANNED DEVELOPMENT #21, EXHIBIT C DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS, BY AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP OF THE TOWN BY CHANGING PD PLANNED DEVELOPMENT #21 FOR PROFESSIONAL, BUSINESS AND RETAIL USES TO ALLOW AN ON-SITE DRY CLEANING FACILITY; PROVIDING THAT SUCH TRACT OF LAND SHALL BE USED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE COMPREHENSIVE ZONING ORDINANCE AND ALL OTHER APPLICABLE ORDINANCES OF THE TOWN; PROVIDING A SAVINGS CLAUSE; PROVIDING A PENALTY NOT TO EXCEED THE SUM OF TWO THOUSAND DOLLARS ($2,000.00) FOR EACH OFFENSE AND A SEPARATE OFFENSE SHALL BE DEEMED COMMITTED EACH DAY DURING OR ON WHICH A VIOLATION OCCURS OR CONTINUES; PROVIDING A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE, (APPLICANT: MORGAN SCOTT, CONSULTANT FOR REGENCY REALTY) 4.
