The Planning and Zoning Commission of the Town of Trophy Club met in Regular
Session on Monday, December 1st, 1986 at 7:00 P.M., at the Municipal Utility
District Building, 100 Water Plant Road, Trophy Club, Texas 76262. The meeting
was held within the town boundaries and was held open to the public.

CALL TO ORDER
Chairman, Bill Tynes, called the meeting to order at 7:10 P.M.
COMMISSION TO CONSIDER A TEMPORARY BUILDING PERMIT FOR SPORTS ASSOCIATION
BUILDING AT SOCCER FIELD
Reuss made a motion to table until Commission has recieved all information
from John Sheller. Hamper seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously.
ON NEW METHODIST CHURCH SITE BY RON ADAMS
Kemp made the motion to table until next meeting as Ron Adams was not present.
Reuss seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously.
CONSIDERATION OF ORDINANCE: FIRST READING
AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF TROPHY CLUB, TEXAS, DESIGNATING AND DECLARING CERTAIN
PUBLIC STREETS WITHIN THE TOWN, MONTEREY DRIVE AND DURANGO DRIVE, AS NO OUTLET
OR DEAD END STREETS; PROVIDING A SAVINGS CLAUSE; PROVIDING A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE;
PROVIDING A PENALTY NOT TO EXCEED THE SUM OF TWO HUNDRED ($200.00) FOR EACH
OFFENSE AND A SEPARATE OFFENSE SHALL BE DEEMED COMMITTED EACH DAY DURING OR
ON WHICH A VIOLATION OCCURS OR CONTINUES; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
Reuss made the motion to table Ordinance until further notice. Kemp seconded the
motion. Motion carried unanimously.
COMMISSION TO CONSIDER APPROVAL OF PLAT PLAN FOR SECTION 13
Kemp made the motion to change Residential Ordinance' requiring the developer
to put up an 8 ft. brick with wood inserts parameter fence. Hamper seconded the
motion. Motion carried unanimously.
Reuss made the motion to send Plat Plan of Section 13 to City Planner for -
review. Hamper seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously.

UPDATE FROM PLAN REVIEW COMMITTEE
Jan Clinkenbeard, Chairman of Plan Review, asked the Planning and Zoning Commission
to review the Fence Ordinance. Planning and Zoning Commission agreed that the
Ordinance needed to be cleaned up and would listen to the recommendations of
the Plan Review Committee.
REVIEW COMMERCIAL ORDINANCE
No action taken.
REVIEW OF SUB -DIVISION REGULATIONS
Reuss told the rest of the Commission that he would like to have some input or
recommendations from the City Attorney regarding the Sub -Division Regulations.
Commission is waiting to hear from City Attorney about a solution to cash in
lieu of park land to the Dedication of Park Land Ordinance.

Hamper made the motion to adjourn. Kemp seconded the motion. Motion carried
unanimously.
