The Planning and Zoning Commission of the Town of Trophy Club met in Regular
Session on Monday, November 17th, 1986 at 7:00 p.m, at the Municipal Utility
District Building, 100 Water Plant Road, Trophy Club, Texas 76262. The meeting
was open to the public and was held within the boundaries of the Town.

Chairman Bill Tynes called the meeting to order at 7:10 P.M.
COMMISSION TO CONSIDER ORDINANCE:
AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF TROPHY CLUB, TEXAS DESIGNATING AND DECLARING CERTAIN
PUBLIC STREETS WITHIN THE TOWN, MONTEREY DRIVE AND DURANGO DRIVE, AS NO OUTLET
OR DEAD END STREETS; PROVIDING A SAVINGS CLAUSE; PROVIDING A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE;
PROVIDING A PENAULTY NOT TO EXCEED THE SUM OF TWO HUNDRED DOLLARS ($200.00) FOR
EACH OFFENCE AND A SEPERATE OFFENCE SHALL BE DEEMED COMMITTED EACH DAY DURING OR
ON WHICH A VIOLATION OCCURS OR CONTINUES; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
P & Z Member Kemp made a motion to table the ordinance and would like the !I-, i,rr
Methodist Church to provide landscaping buffering plans of the east entrance
between the parking lot and Trophy Club residence. Reuss seconded the motion with
the following ammendments:
1. Number of fixed seats in sanctuary.
2. Square footage of all buildings combined.
3. Square footage of sanctuary.
Motion to table ordinance with the above ammendments carried unanimously.
COMMISSION TO REVIEW SECTION 13
Commission decided they would need more information from Fred Evans with Carter
and Burgess Engineering in order to go any further with the approval of plat
plan for Section 13. The Commission asked recording secretary to inform Fred
Evans of what they needed for the approval of Section 13.

3. Sceening of eastern boundaries along T.W. King Rd.

UPDATE FROM PLAN REVIEW COMMITTEE
Mike Hamper, Bo–Chairman of;Plan Review Committee, ask the P & Z Commission
to give a variance on 1 Greenbriar Court for the builder to have driveway
facing Indain Creek Drive.
P & Z Member Kemp made a motion to grant the variance. Member Reuss seconded
the motion. Motion carried unanimously.
COMMISSION TO CONSIDER A TEMPORARY BUILDING PERMIT FOR SPORTS ASSOCIATION
BUILDING
P & Z Member Reuss made a motion to table until the total information is
provided by John Sheller with the Sports Association. Kemp seconded the motion.
Motion carried unanimously.
ADJOURN
P & Z Member Hamper made the motion to adjourn the meeting. Reuss seconded
the motion. Motion carried unanimously.
