The Planning and Zoning Commission of the Town of Trophy Club met in Regular
Session on Monday October 13th, 1986 at 7:00 p.m. at the Municipal Utility
District Building, 100 Water Plant Road, Trophy Club, Texas 76262. The meeting
was open to the public and was held within the boundaries of the town.

Chairman Bill Tynes called the meeting to order at 7:05 P.M.
COMMISSION TO REVIEW THE REQUEST FOR APPROVAL OF PLAT PLAN FOR SECTION 13
Fred Evans, with Carter & Burgess, requested approval of final plat plan for
Section 13. Member Clinkenbeard made a motion to take the request for approval
of Secton 13 under advisement pending a copy of plat plan that had been signed
and approved by Westlake and location of utilities in Section 13 from Texas
Power and Light Company. Goodin seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously.
COMMISSION TO CONSIDER BUILDING PERMIT FOR SPORTS ASSOCIATION BUILDING
Commission took no action on building permit for Sports Association Building.
Building was placed on developers property. Member Goodin made a motion to cease
use of building until the issue between Sport Association and Developer is resolved
with a deadline of 30 days in which to do so or the building will have to be removed.
Clinkenbeard seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously.
COMMISSION TO CONSIDER ORDINANCE DESIGNATING OPEN SPACE AND PARK AREAS
Commission agreed to move consideration of ordinance designating open space and park
areas to the next Planning and Zoning meeting when Dan Boutwell will come back with
more information on the Master Plan.
REPORT FROM PLAN REVIEW COMMITTEE
Discussion on new Application for Building Permit Form. Discussion on Survey
required and stringing survey pins on lots before foundation inspection.

COMMISSION TO REVIEW COMMERCIAL ORDINANCE
Commission members that were present decided to have a Workshop Meeting at a
later date when all Planning and Zoning Members could attend.

Member Clinkenbeard made a motion to adjourn. Goodin seconded the motion. Motion
carried unanimously.
