The Planning and Zoning Commission of the Tom of Trophy Club met in Special
Session on January 5th, 1988 at 7:00 P.M. The meeting was held at the Municipal
Utility District Building, 100 Municipal Drive, Trophy Club, Texas. The meeting
was held within the Town boundaries and was open to the public.

Chairman Hamper called the meeting to order at 7:10 P.M. noting that a quorum
was present.
CONSIDERATION OF MINUTES FOR THE FOLLOWING MEETINGS:
A) SEPTEMBER 21, 1987 - JOINT PUBLIC HEARING
B) NOVEMBER 9, 1987 - JOINT PUBLIC HEARING
C) NOVEMBER 30, 1987 - JOINT PUBLIC HEARING
Commissioner Kemp made a motion to approve all three (3) sets of Minutes.
Commissioner Schaaf seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously.
CONSIDERATION OF VARIANCE TO SIGN ORDINANCE - REQUESTED BY SOUTHERN CLASSICAL HOMES
Kemp made a motion to approve the variance to the Sign Ordinance for a period
of one (1) year. Commissioner Hiestand seconded the motion. Motion carried with
a vote of 3 in favor of the motion and 1 against. Commissioner Schaaf voted against
the motion.
WORKSHOP: DISCUSS AND REVIEW GIBRALTAR SAVINGS PROPOSAL FOR A PLANNED DEVELOPMENT
DISTRICT - LAKE FOREST VILLAGE
Discussion ensued. No action taken.
Commissioner Kemp made a motion to adjourn the meeting. Commissioner Schaaf seconded
the motion. Mqtion carried unanimously.
