The Planning and Zoning Commission of the Town of Trophy Club met in
Regular Session on Monday, May 18th, 1987 at 7:00 P.M. at the Municipal
Utility District Building, 100 Municipal Drive, Trophy Club, Texas. The
meeting was held within the Town boundaries and was open to the public.

Chairman Reuss called the meeting to order at 7:05 P.M. noting that
all member were present.
CONSIDERATION OF RECOMMENDATION TO TOWN COUNCIL FOR HIRING OF FULLTIME
BUILDING INSPECTOR
Co -Chairman Hamper, Commissioners Kemp and Paige interviewed Mr. Tim Fleming
for a fulltime building inspectors position with the Town of Trophy Club.
The committee members were very impressed with Mr. Fleming and his resume.
This committee asked the other Commissioners to vote to hire Tim Fleming
as Fulltime Building Inspector for the Town of Trophy Club.
EXECUTIVE SESSION: DISCUSS PERSONNEL MATTERS
OPEN SESSION: ACTION CONCERNING PERSONNEL MATTERS
Co -Chairman Hamper made a motion to ask the Town Council to hire Tim Fleming
as fulltime Building Inspector for the Town of Trophy Club. Commissioner Kemp
seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously.
