The Planning and Zoning Commission for the Town of Trophy Club met in
Workshop Session on November 17th, 1987 at 7:30 P.M. The meeting was held
at Trophy Club Sales Office, 100 Trophy Club Drive, Trophy Club, Texas.
The meeting was held within the Town boundaries and was open to 'the public.

Chairman Hamper called the meeting to order at 7:30 P.M. noting that a
quorum was present.
WORKSHOP: PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION TO DISCUSS AND REVIEW INDEPENDENT
AMERICANS ZONING PROPOSALS: PLANNED DEVELOPMENTS
Discussion ensued. No action taken.
ADJOURN
Commissioner Kemp made a motion to adjourn the meeting. Commissioner Paige
seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously.
