The Planning and Zoning Commission of the Town of Trophy Club met in Emergency
Session on November 4th, 1987 at 7:00 P.M. The meeting was held at the Municipal
Utility District Building, 100 Municipal Drive, Trophy Club, Texas. The meeting was
held within the Town boundaries and was open to the public.

CALL TO ORDER
Chairman Hamper called the meeting to order at 7:05 P.M. noting that there was
a quorum present.
WORKSHOP: PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION TO DISCUSS AND REVIEW INDEPENDENT
AMERICANS ZONING PROPOSALS: PLANNED DEVELOPMENTS
Discussion ensued. No action taken.
Commissioner Kemp made a motion to adjourn the meeting. Commissioner Kardish
seconded the meotion. Motion carried unanimously.
