The Planning and Zoning Commission of the Town of Trophy CLub met in Emergency
Session at the Municipal Utility District Building, 100 Municipal Drive, Trophy
Club, Texas. The meeting was held within the Town boundaries and was open to the
public. The meeting was held on October 15th, 1987 at 7:00 P.M.

Chairman Hamper called the meeting to order at 7:05 P.M.
OF MINUTES - Special Meeting(Sept. 14th, 1987)
Emergency Meeting(Sept. 23rd, 1987)
Commissioner Kemp made a motion to approve the Minutes from the Special Meeting
held September 14th, 1987. Commissioner Paige seconded the motion. Motion carried
unanimously.
Commissioner Schaaf made a motion to approve the Minutes from the Emergency
Meeting held September 23rd, 1987. Commissioner Hiestand seconded the motion.
Motion carried unanimously.
WORKSHOP: PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION TO DISCUSS AND REVIEW COUNTRY CLUB PLACE
ADDITION/ 6.9892 ACRES OF LAND LOCATED AT THE CORNER OF INDIAN CREEK AND TROPHY
CLUB DRIVE
Discussion ensued. No action taken.
APPOINTMENT OF NEW PLAN REVIEW MEMBER
Commissioner Kemp made a motion to appoint Kendra Boyd to the Plan Review
Committee. Commissioner Paige seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously.
ADJOURN
Commissioner Paige made a motion to adjourn the meeting. Commissioner Schaaf
seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously.
