The Planning and Zoning Commission of the Town of Trophy Club met in Workshop
Session at the Municipal Utility District Building, 100 Municipal Drive, Trophy
Club, Texas on October 19th, 1987 at 7:00 P.M. The meeting was held within the
Town boundaries and was open to the public.

Chairman Hamper called the meeting to order at 7:00 P.M. noting that all P & Z
members were present.
WORKSHOP: PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION TO DISCUSS AND REVIEW INDEPENDENT
AMERICANS ZONING PROPOSAL ON 991 ACRES: PLANNED DEVELOPMENTS,
Discussion ensued. No action was taken.
Co -Chairman Booker made a motion to adjourn the meeting. Commissioner Paige
seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously.
