The Planning and Zoning Commission of the Town of Trophy Club met
in Special Session on Monday, August 8th, 1988 immediately following
the Joint Public Hearing. The meeting was held at the Municipal Utility
District Building, 100 Municipal Drive, Trophy Club, Texas. The meeting
was held within the Town boundaries and was open to the Public.

CALL TO ORDER
Mike Hamper called the Special Meeting to order at 10:30 P.M. noting
a quorum present.
COMMISSION TO REVIEW AND CONSIDER A VARIANCE TO THE SIGN ORDINANCE
NO. 86-19 REQUESTED BY GLYNDA BERGUS, PRESIDENT OF TROPHY REALTORS, INC.
Commissioner Paige made a motion to approve the sign variance as
requested. Commissioner Kardish seconded the motion. Motion carried
unanimously.
ADJOURN
Commissioner Paige moved to adjourn the Special Meeting. Commissioner
Schaaf seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously.

To Whom it May Concern:
We hereby request approval and permission to install a sign on
the property at 100 Trophy Club Dr., per the attached renderings
and plats.
The sandblasted redwood sign will be attractive and harmonious
with the architecture of the building and other signs in Trophy
Club. It would be one-sided and placed at an angle to Trophy
Club Drive and the entrance to the sales center.
The 14" black letters will be z" scaled and painted wood and
mounted on the wing wall of the sales center (on the front of
the building).
Both renderings are to scale.
The new signs would allow us to remove the weathered and worn
signs that are now present in the median.
Your expeditious consideration of this will be greatly appreciated.
