COUNTY OF DENTON
The Planning and Zoning Commission of the Town of Trophy Club met in Emergency
Session on Thursday, February 11th, 1988 at 7:00 P.M. The meeting was held at the
Municipal Utility District Building, 100 Municipal Drive, Trophy Club, Texas. The
meeting was held within the Town boundaries and was open to the Public.

Chairman Hamper called the meeting to order at 7:07 P.M. noting that a quorum
was present.

D) WORKSHOP MEETING 11-17-87
E) SPECIAL MEETING 01-05-88
F) JOINT PUBLIC HEARING 01-21-88
G) JOINT PUBLIC HEARING 01-28-88
H) WORKSHOP MEETING 02-04-88
Co -Chairman Booker made a motion to approve all eight (8) sets of Minutes.
Commissioner Kardish seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously.
COMMISSION TO REVIEW AND CONSIDER RECOMMENDED REVISIONS TO THE SUB -DIVISION
REGULATIONS, ORDINANCE # 87-14.
Discussion ensued. Commissioner Kemp made a motion to adopt the recommended
revisions to the Sub -Division Regulations with Chairman Hampers approval of
the Final product. Co -Chairman Booker seconded the motion. Motion carried
with 4 votes in favor of the motion. Commissioner Schaaf opposed the motion.
COMMISSION TO DISCUSS AND REVIEW RECOMMENDED AMENDMENTS TO THE COMPREHENSIVE
ZONING ORDINANCE # 87-23.

Chairman Hamper reminded the Commission that the ammendments to the Comprehensive
Zoning Ordinance were due by the 22nd of this month.Commissioner Kemp asked that
the Planning and Zoning Commisison have a Workshop Meeting on the Commercial
Ordinance that was adopted prior to the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance. A
Workshop Meeting was set for April 7th, 1988 at 7:00 P.M.

Commissioner Kemp made a motion to adjourn the meeting. Commissioner Schaaf
seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously.
