The Planning and Zoning Commission of the Town of Trophy Club met in Workshop
Session on Thursday, February 4th, 1988 at 7:00 P.M. The meeting was held at
the Municipal Utility District Building, 100 Municipal Drive, Trophy Club, Texas.
The meeting was held within the Town boundaries and was open to the Public.

Chairman Hamper called the meeting to order at 7:00 P.M. noting that a quorum
was present.
WORKSHOP: PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION TO DISCUSS AND REVIEW GIBRALTAR SAVINGS
ZONING PROPOSAL:
LAKE FOREST DEVELOPMENT - 45.282 ACRES - PLANNED DEVELOPMENT
RESIDENTIAL AND COMMERCIAL USES
Discussion ensued. Tapes of the Workshop Meeting are available for review at the
Town Offices. No action was taken.
Commissioner Kemp made a motion to adjourn. Co -Chairman Vance seconded the motion.
Motion carried unanimously.
