The Planning and Zoning Commission- for the Town of Trophy Club met in Special
Session on Thursday, July 14th, 1988 at 7:00 P.M. The meeting was held at the
Municipal Utility District Building, 100 Municipal Drive, Trophy Club, Texas.
The meeting was held within the Town boundaries and was open to the Public

CALL TO ORDER
Chairman Hamper called the meeting to order at 7:10 P.M. noting a quorum was present.
COMMISSION TO REVIEW AND CONSIDER APPROVAL OF MINUTES FOR THE REGULAR MEETING HELD
JUNE 16TH, 1988
Commissioner Schaaf made a motion to approve the minutes as drafted. Co -Chairman
Booker seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously.
WORKSHOP: PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION TO REVIEW AND DISCUSS GIBRALTAR SAVINGS
ZONING PROPOSAL:
LAKE FOREST DEVELOPMENT: 45.282 ACRES - PLANNED DEVELOPMENT
RESIDENTIAL AND COMMERCIAL USES
Chairman Hamper opened the Workshop by stating comments from the public will be
heard at the end of the Workshop Session.
David Smith, Gibraltar Savings Planner, stated -the only changes from previous
proposals is -the addition of a single user pad 70 x 70 feet in size, all proposed
buildings at entrance area are now single story and changed uses from Retail to
Limited Business and Professional Offices. The new proposal also included language
on underground utilities and updated Development -Schedule..
Discussion ensued. No action was taken.
The Planning and Zoning Commission did not receive material on the newest proposal
until Monday, July 11th, 1988. Kirk Breitenweisher, representative of Gibraltar,
asked the Commission to review the material more thoroughly and provide the
Secretary with,their comments and concerns by Thursday, July 21st, 1988.

the Secretary with a list of any comments or concerns they might have.
