The Town Council and Planning and Zoning Commission for the Town of Trophy Club
met in a Joint Public Hearing Session on Monday, March 14th, 1988 at 7 p.m. The
meeting was held at the Municipal Utility District Building, 100 Municipal Drive,
Trophy Club, Texas. The meeting was held within the Town boundaries and was open
to the Public.

CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Carter called the meeting to order at 7:05 p.m. noting that a quorum was
present with both the Town Council and Planning and Zoning Commission.
INVOCATION
Council Member Vance gave the invocation.
PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
Dave Nolte, Town Marshal, led in the pledge of allegiance.

A PUBLIC HEARING AND CONSIDER POSSIBLE ACTION ON THE ZONING OF CERTAIN TRACTS
OF LAND LOCATED WITHIN THE TOWN BOUNDARIES AND OWNED BY THE FOLLOWING DEVELOPER:
GIBRALTAR SAVINGS - LAKE FOREST DEVELOPMENT - 45.282 ACRES
PLANNED DEVELOPMENT - RESIDENTIAL AND COMMERCIAL USES
THESE TRACTS OF LAND ARE BEING CONSIDERED AS A PLANNED DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT
BUT ARE SUBJECT TO ANY OTHER ZONING DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION AS STATED IN THE
TOWN COMPREHENSIVE ZONING ORDINANCE.
Chairman Hamper stated that the Planning and Zoning Commission had scheduled
a Workshop Meeting with Gibraltar Savings on Monday, March 7th, 1988. At the
developers request, the meeting was postponed due to a Marketing Survey that
had not been completed on the property. Chairman Hamper asked that the Council
continue the Joint Public Hearing to a date sometime in May.
TOWN COUNCIL AND PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION TO CONSIDER ACTION AND/OR
CONTINUATION OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED PLANNED DEVELOPMENT ZONING.
Commissioner Kemp made a motion to continue the Joint Public Hearing to
May 17th, 1988 at 7:00 P.M. Co -Chairman Booker seconded the motion. Motion
carried unanimously.
Mayor Pro Tem Martignago made a motion to continue the Joint Public Hearing
to May. 17th, 1988 at 7:00 P.M. Council Member Vance seconded the motion. Motion
carried unanimously.
ADJOURN
Commissioner Kemp made a motion to adjourn the Joint Public Hearing. Commissioner
Schaaf seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously.
