The Planning and Zoning Commission for the Town of Trophy Club met in Special
Session on Monday, March 21st, 1988 at 7:00 P.M. The meeting was held at the
Municipal Utility District Building, 100 Municipal Drive, Trophy Club, Texas.
The meeting was held within the Town boundaries and was open to the Public.

CALL TO ORDER
Chairman Hamper called the meeting to order at 7:00 P.M. noting that a quorum
was present.

REGULAR MEETING - MARCH 3RD, 1988
Commissioner Kemp made a motion to approve both sets of Minutes. Commissioner
Paige seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously.
WORKSHOP: PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION TO REVIEW AND DISCUSS BASS LAND COMPANY
AND SUNBELT SERVICE CORPORATION ZONING PROPOSALS:
STONEGATE ADDITION - 195.138 ACRES
STONEGATE EAST - 6.569 ACRES
TROPHY CLUB CENTRE - 26.045 ACRES

Discussion ensued. No action taken.
Commissioner Kemp made a motion to adjourn the meeting. Commissioner Paige
seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously.
