The Planning and Zoning Commission met in Regular Session on._: -
Thursday, September...15th, 1988 at 7:00 P.M. The meeting -,was held
at the Municipal Utility,;District Building, 100 Municipal Drive,
Trophy Club, Texas. The meeting was held within the Town boundaries
and was open to the Public.

Chairman Hamper call the meeting to order at 7:00 P.M. noting a quorum
present.
COMMISSION TO REVIEW AND CONSIDER 13 ACRE PARK SITE SPECIFICATIONS
AND PLANS
Discussion ensued. The Commission asked for the following information
to be provided:
Legal Description of property
Review by Town Marshal, Fire Cheif & Municipal Utility District
Public Hearing on Preliminary Plat, Site Plan & Final. Plat
Selection of Engineer for Inspections and Supervision
7 Residential Lots in Section 14 to be considered for Future Park
Berm Parking Lots
Potable Water 'at Pavilion
Show drainage in Area 4
No action taken.

PRESENTATIONS BY COMMISSIONERS
Commissioner Schaaf expressed his concerns regarding Trophy Club
Centre owned by Bass. Commissioner Schaaf felt the Public Hearing
was opened and closed without achieving anything. Commissioner
Schaaf asked for the zoning of Trophy Club Centre and all other
unzoned property be placed on the next meeting agenda.
Commissioner Elliott asked for a copy of the Sub -Division Regulations
and Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance.
ADJOURN
Commissioner Kardish made a motion to adjourn. Commissioner Schaaf
seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously.
