The Town Council and Planning and Zoning Commission met for a Joint
Public Hearing on Monday, September 12th, 1988 at 7:00 P.M. The
meeting was held at the Municipal Utility District Building, 100
Municipal Drive, Trophy Club, Texas. The meeting was held within
the Town boundaries and was open to the Public.

Mayor Carter called the meeting to order at 7:30 P.M. noting a quorum
present with Town Council and Planning and Zoning Commission.
INVOCATION
Mayor Pro Tem, Terry Vance, gave the invocation.
PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
Marshal Nolte led in the pledge of allegiance.

AND CONDUCT A PUBLIC HEARING AND CONSIDER POSSIBLE ACTION ON THE'
ZONING OF CERTAIN TRACTS OF LAND LOCATED WITHIN THE TOWN BOUNDARIES:
A) BASS LAND COMPANY & SUNBELT SERVICE CORPORATION
TROPHY CLUB CENTRE - 26.045 ACRES - PLANNED DEVELOPMENT
THESE TRACTS OF LAND ARE BEING CONSIDERED AS PLANNED DEVELOPMENT
DISTRICTS BUT ARE SUBJECT TO ANY OTHER ZONING CLASSIFICATION AS
STATED IN THE TOWN OF TROPHY CLUB COMPREHENSIVE ZONING ORDINANCE.
Discussion ensued.
TOWN COUNCIL AND PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION TO CONSIDER ACTION
AND/OR CONTINUATION OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED PLANNED
DEVELOPMENT ZONING.
Commissioner Schaaf made a motion to recommend to the Town Council
the property be zoned R-12. Motion died for lack of second.
Commissioner Paige made a motion to close the Public Hearing with
no action on the zoning of Trophy Club Centre. Commissioner Schaaf
seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously.
Mayor Pro Tem Vance made a motion to close the Public Hearing with
no action taken on the zoning of Trophy Club Centre. Council Member
Martignago seconded the motion. Motion carried with Council Member
Hallgren opposed.
