COUNTY OF DENTON
The Planning and Zoning Commission for the Town of Trophy
Club met for a Public Hearing on Thursday, February 16th,
1989 at 9:30 P. M. The meeting was held at the Municipal
Utility District Building, 100 Municipal Drive, Trophy Club,
Texas. The meeting was held within the Town boundaries and
was open to the Public.

Chairman Hamper called the Public Hearing to order at 9:30
P. M. noting a quorum present.
PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION TO CONDUCT A PUBLIC HEARING
CONCERNING THE ADOPTION OF AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING RULES
GOVERNING PLATS AND SUBDIVISIONS OF LAND WITHIN THE TOWN TO
PROMOTE THE HEALTH, SAFETY AND GENERAL WELFARE OF THE TOWN
AND SAFE, ORDERLY AND HELPFUL DEVELOPMENT OF THE TOWN. IF
ADOPTED, THIS PROPOSED ORDINANCE WILL REPEAL ORDINANCE NO.
87-14 OF THE TOWN. SAVE AND ACCEPT APPENDIX D OF ORDINANCE
NO. 87-14.
Co -Chairman Booker made a motion to table the consideration
of the Subdivision Regulations until March 2nd, 1989.
Commissioner Hiestand seconded the motion. Motion carried
unanimously.
ADJOURN
Commissioner Kardish made a motion to adjourn the Public
Hearing. Commissioner Elliott seconded the motion. Motion
carried unanimously.
