to the Public.

Chairman Hamner- called the meeting to order at 7r00 P.M.9
noting a quorum present.
COMMISSION TO REVIEW AND RECOMMEND TO CO:UNCI:L. REVISIONS TO
SIGN ORDINANCE NO. E36-19
C'ommi=ssioner.. Paige made a motion to recommend approval of the
revisions to the Sign Ordinance with two amendments.

Commissioner Kardish seconded the Motion. Motion carried
three/one (3/1). Commissioner- Elliott opposed the motion.

PRELIMINARY PLAT/SITE PLAN OF CASTLE([<I..-EN ESTATES OWNED BY
INDEPENDENT AMERICAN DEVELOPMENT CORP. PHASE II
Craig Curry of Nelson Corporation presented a new plat/site
plan for ..-stleglen Estates .which now included ten (1c.. lots
instead of the original proposal that showed seven (7) lots.

Dari F3OUtwellS review basically stated that this was the only
change in submittal.

Commissioner C; Ti.'1" Paige made a motion to recommend approval of t',,_i
new Preliminary Plot/Site Plan of Castl,regl.on Estates.
Commissioner illestand seconded the motion. Potion carried
unanimously.
Commissioner Hiestarnd made a motion to cl::cs2 the Special
Meeting and go into a. Workshop Session. Commissioner Kardist
seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously.

Discussion ensued. The general consensus of the Commission
was to deny the Commercial. General zoning requests on all
tracts of land. The Commissioners agreedDa; u

zoning these tracts of land as Planned Development Districts
with contingencies built into the Ordinance that would
require Site Plan t;pF.,r-ovai prior to Platting these
properties.
