CLUB, TEXAS
The Planning and Zoning Commission for the Town of Trophy
Club met in Regular Session on Thursday, May 18th, 1989 at
7:0S P.M. The meeting was held at the Municipal Utility
District Building, 100 Municipal Drive, Trophy Club, Texas,
The meeting was held within the Town boundaries and was open
to the Public.

CALL TO ORDER
Chairman Hamper called the meeting to order at 7:10 P.M.
noting a quorum present`
PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION TO REVIEW AND CONSIDER
APPROVAL OF A REVISED PRELIMINARY PLAT FOR CASTLEGLEN
ESTATES, OWNED BY INDEPENDENT AMERICAN DEVELOPMENT CORP.,
PHASE II
Chairman Hamper stated there had been a problem with reading
and seeing the reduced copy of the revised Preliminary Plat
submitted" The Commission also requested another Staff Report
from [)an Boutwell, Town Planner.
Commissioner Elliott made e motion to table considering the
Preliminary Plat for Castleglen Estates until Planning and
Zoning meets on June 1st, 1989, Commissioner Paige seconded

the motion. Motion carried unanimously.

PRESENTATIONS BY COMMISSIONERS
Chairman Hamper told the Commission he had received a letter
from Gary Mueller, Pastor of United Methodist Church in
Roanoke; wanting to know what requirements the Church would
need to meet if relocated to Trophy Club. Others questions
were asked such ass; Could the.: old white chapel building be
moved to Trophy r,.;_b? !Would this building need to be brought
up to code?
