The Planning and Zoning Commis"cion for the Town of Trophy Club met in Regular
Session on Thursday, April 19th, 1990 at 7:00 P.M. The meeting was held at the
Municipal Utility District Building, 100 Municipal Drive, Trophy Club, Texas.
The meeting was held within the Town boundaries and was open to the Public..

Chairman Hamper called the meeting to order at 7:00 P.M..noting a quorum with (6)
six members present.
CONSIDERATION OF MINUTES FOR REGULAR MEETING HELD 3/15/90
Commissioner Hill made a motion to approve the Minutes of the Regular Meeting
held March 15th, 1990 as written. Commissioner Elliott seconded the motion.
Motion carried unanimously.
COMMISSION TO DISCUSS POSSIBLE MODIFICATIONS TO THE UNIFORM BUILDING CODE
Discussion ensued. The following topics were discussed: Foundations, Roofing
Material, Windows, Brick or Masonry and Electric Energy Efficient Programs. No
action was taken.
PRESENTATIONS BY COMMISSIONERS
Chairman Hamper stated the Town Council has sent the Satellite Dish Ordinance
to the Planning and Zoning Commission to consider amending the ordinance due to
frequent variance requests on size regulations. This will be placed on the next
Planning and Zoning Meeting Agenda.

ADJOURN
Commissioner Hill made a motion to adjourn the meeting. Commissioner Elliott
seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously.
