The Planning and Zoning Commission for the Town of Trophy Club met in
Regular Session on Thursday, March 15th, 1990 at 7:00 p.m. The meeting
was held at the Municipal Utility District Building, 100 Municipal Drive,
Trophy Club, Texas. The meeting was held within the Town boundaries and
was open to the Public.

Chairman Hamper called the meeting to order at 7:05 p.m. noting a quorum with
five (5) members, present.
CONSIDERATION OF MINUTES FOR REGULAR MEETING HELD 2/15/90
Commissioner Hill made a motion to approve the Minutes of the -Regular Meeting
held February 15th, 1990 as written. Commissioner Elliott -seconded the motion.
Motion carried unanimously.
REVIEW AND CONSIDER PROPOSED AMENDMENTS TO THE SUBDIVISION REGULATIONS
ORDINANCE NO. 89-03.
Discussion ensued. Commissioner Elliott made.a motion to approve the proposed
amendments to the Subdivision Regulations Ordinance No. 89-03. Commissioner
Hill seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously.
DISCUSSION AND CONSIDER EXTENSION REQUEST FROM FIRST GIBRALTAR ON THE FOLLOWING
PRELIMINARY PLATS:
A) LAKE FOREST VILLAGE PHASE THREE
Discussion ensued. Commissioner Hill made a motion to grant a one (1) year
extension of the preliminary plat for Lake Forest Village Phase Three.
Co -Chairman Booker seconded the motion. Motion carried 3/2 with Commissioners
Kardish and Elliott opposed.

B) LAKE FOREST VILLAGE PHASE FOUR
Discussion ensued. Commissioner Hill made a motion to grant the one (1) year
extension of the preliminary plat for Lake Forest Village Phase Four. Co -Chairman
Booker seconded the motion. Motion carried 3/2 with Commissioners Kardish and
Elliott opposed.
C) LAKE FOREST VILLAGE PHASE FIVE
Discussion ensued. Commissioner Hill made a motion to grant the one (1) year
extension of the preliminary plat for Lake Forest Village Phase Five. Co -Chairman
Booker seconded the motion. Motion carried 3/2 with Commissioners Kardish and
Elliott opposed.
D) TROPHY PARK COMMERCIAL RESERVE "A"
Discussion ensued. Commissioner Hill made a motion to grant the one (1) year
extension of the preliminary plat for Trophy Park Commercial Reserve "A".
Co -Chairman Booker seconded the motion. Motion carried 3/2 with Commissioners
Kardish and Elliott opposed.
E) TROPHY PARK COMMERCIAL RESERVE "B"
Discussion ensued. Commissioner Hill made a motion to grant the one (1) year
extension of the preliminary plat for Trophy Park Commercial Reserve "B".

PRESENTATIONS BY COMMISSIONERS AND STAFF
Dan Boutwell, Town Planner, invited the Planning and Zoning Commissioners and
Staff to attend City of Bedford Planning and Zoning Meeting on March 22nd, 1990
at 7:00 P.M.
Commissioner Elliott asked the Commission to consider adopting City Codes
to regulate roofing material and foundation standards. Chairman Hamper
said he would try to get these items on the next P & Z agenda.
ADJOURN
Commissioner Hill made a motion to adjourn. Commissioner Elliott seconded the
motion. Motion carried unanimously.
