The Planning and Zoning Commission for the Town of Trophy Club met in
Regular Session on Thursday, May 17th, 1990 at 7:00 P.M. The meeting
was held at the Municipal Utility District Building, 100 Municipal Drive,
Trophy Club, Texas. The meeting was held within the Town boundaries and
was open to the Public..

Chairman Hamper called the meeting to order at 7:00 P.M. noting a quorum
present.
COMMISSION TO REVIEW AND CONSIDER APPROVAL OF REGULAR MEETING MINUTES FOR
APRIL 19TH, 1990
Commissioner Elliott made a motion to approve the Minutes of the Regular
Meeting held April 19th, 1990. Commissioner Morey seconded the motion.
Motion carried unanimously.
DISCUSSION ON POLICIES AND PROCEDURES FOR REQUESTS TO VACATE PLATS
A letter from Dan Boutwell was reviewed and discussed. The general
consensus was this outline could be used as a guideline and should
be made a part of our administrative procedure.
REVIEW AND RECOMMEND CHANGES TO THE SATELLITE DISH ORDINANCE
Various suggestions for amending the present ordinance were discussed.
Ordinances from other communities were reviewed. The general consensus
was amendements were needed. Dan Boutwell was asked to consider suggested
amendments and prepare a sample ordinances'for`"further.;dscussion and
consideration.

Commissioner Paige made a motion to adjourn the meeting. Commissioner
Morey seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously.
