The Planning and Zoning Commission met in Special Session on
Tuesday, October 9th, 1990 at 7:00 P.M. The meeting was held
at the Municipal Utility District Building, 100 Municipal
Drive, Trophy Club, Texas. The meeting was held within the
Town boundaries and was open to the Public.

Chairman Hamper called the meeting to order at 7:05 P.M.
noting a quorum was present.
COMMISSION TO REVIEW AND CONSIDER RECOMMENDING TO TOWN
COUNCIL CHANGES TO SIGN ORDINANCE NO. 86-19
Discussion ensued. Commissioner Williams made a motion to
recommend to Town Council the proposed changes to the Sign
Ordinance, as amended.. Commissioner Paige seconded the
motion. Motion carried unanimously.
COMMISSION TO REVIEW PROPOSED CHANGES TO THE COMPREHENSIVE
ZONING ORDINANCE
Several new sections to the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance
will be recommended by the Planning and Zoning Commission at
the Joint Public Hearing to be held October 15th, 1990. These
new sections are as follows: Section 28-A Site Plan
Requirements, Section 40 Planning and Zoning Commission and
Section 42 regarding Public Hearings. The Planning and Zoning
Commission also discussed adding a new zoning district for

Professional Office. Discussion ensued. No action was taken
at this time.
PRESENTATIONS BY COMMISSIONERS
Chairman Hamper stated that he would not be in attendance at
the Joint Public Hearing on October 15th, 1990 and Vance
Booker would chair the meeting. Chairman Hamper explained the
procedures for the joint public hearing to the new
commissioners. Chairman Hamper also stated he did not foresee
any problems with the rezoning requests or site plan
submittals.
ADJOURN
Commissioner Paige made a motion to adjourn the meeting.
Commissioner Morey,seconded the motion. Motion carried
unanimously.
