Minutes P&Z 11/21/1991MINUTES OF REGULAR MEETING PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION TOWN OF TROPHY CLUB STATE OF TEXAS COUNTY OF DENTON The Planning and Zoning Commission for the Town of Trophy Club met in Regular Session on Thursday, November 21, 1991 at 7:00 P.M. The meeting was held at the Municipal Utility District Building, 100 Municipal Drive, Trophy Club, Texas. The meeting was held within the Town boundaries and was open to the Public. Mike Hamper Janet Kardish Charles Kirby Bob Paige Roger Williams Absent were: Vance Booker Dick Morey Also present were: Jim Carter Marshall Engelbeck Doug Glaspell Pauline Shaw Terry Vance CALL TO ORDER Chairman Commissioner Commissioner Commissioner Commissioner Co -Chairman Commissioner Mayor Councilman Councilman P & Z Administrator Mayor Pro Tem Chairman Hamper called the meeting to order at 7:02 P.M. noting a quorum was present. He then welcomed the Commissioners and guests. COMMISSION TO REVIEW AND CONSIDER MINUTES OF REGULAR MEETING HELD 10/17/91 Commissioner Paige made a motion to approve the Minutes of the Regular Meeting held October 17, 1991 as written. Commissioner Williams seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously. REVIEW PROPOSED SURVEY Chairman Hamper updated the Commissioners regarding the survey not being a budgeted item. After a lengthy review of the survey, Mayor Carter and other attending Council Members felt the survey was important and should be mailed to all households in Trophy Club. Mayor Carter and Council Members present stated they would review the budget to locate Page 2 - P & Z Meeting 11-21-91 funding. Commissioner Williams made a motion to approve the survey as amended and for the Chairman and staff to take the necessary action to complete and mail the survey in early January. Commissioner Kardish seconded; motion passed unanimously. A copy of the survey is attached hereto and made a part of these minutes. Chairman Hamper thanked the Council Members for their input and support of the survey. UPDATE ON CURRENT ACTIVITIES Chairman Hamper noted that Commissioner Morey is resigning from the Commission due to an increase in his work load. Commissioner Morey will forward a written resignation. ADJOURN There being no further business, Commissioner Williams made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 8:50 P.M. Commissioner Kirby seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously.
